After twenty-eight years of listening to disenchanted travelers, Maureen LaPointe realized the need for a more peaceful profession.

In November 1997, she started selling her own line of creams now widely known as "Merci". Focused on relieving stress, rather than absorbing it, the former customer service representative for American Airlines says, "It's about the power of touch and smell," said Maureen who became a full-time massage therapist after retiring from American Airlines.

Maureen created her rich hand and foot creams with five scents: vanilla, peaches and cream, and orange, peppermint and fragrance-free.

Maureen has created a quality product for the working woman and man. She has not raised her prices since she began, so her customers get a great product for a great price.

Besides her hand and foot massage creams, Maureen's passions are the environment and supporting American made products.
